- All of our items are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges, so please make sure to properly view the item measurements
- All of our current items are made-to-order, and our t-shirts in the 'antique' and 'blush' color are dyed by hand
- We will ship out all orders within 2-4 weeks from payment received, if you need your order rushed, please e-mail us beforehand so we can try to accomodate you
- US shipping takes approximately 2-5 days, while international orders may take 2-4 weeks after your order has been shipped out
- All orders are shipped via USPS and include USPS tracking, please check your e-mail once your order has been shipped for your tracking number. You may track your order at: USPS tracking.
- All international custom fees are the responsibility of the customer and not of Quaintrelle.
